The Bistro Buffet has been completely renovated, updated, and is now competing for the top spot among upscale buffets in town. The new Bistro Buffet at the Palms has a whole new menu of great seafood, steak, and other high priced items that you would expect to find at a steakhouse and not at your typical buffet. Live cooking and carving stations serve prime rib, brisket, and even some ethnic cuisine like sushi and Mexican entrees. They also offer crab legs, a great salad bar, chicken, fish, and other options all prepared fresh. Their breakfast buffet is no different. They have almost any assortment of breakfast food that you could think of. French toast, pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, eggs benedict, and live omelet station where you can have your omelet cooked anyway you like. They also have a wide assortment of pastries, muffins, and other breakfast favorites like fruit, cereal, and granola. The Palms is often considered one of the best value buffets in town because their prices aren’t nearly as high as some if it’s competitors like the Bellagio or the Wynn, which are often compared to the Bistro Buffet. On the weekdays, the prices drop even lower to draw in the local crowd. However, on the weekends it’s not unlikely to see the buffet packed with a young party crowd. |
