Ah Sin

If you are looking for great Asian cuisine with a twist, then Ah Sin is the place for you. Presenting colorful and tasty Pan Asian dishes with French flair, you are sure to be pleased. The dining room sits right along the Las Vegas Strip and has both outdoor and indoor seating. The patio is a great romantic dining spot, as it overlooks the Bellagio fountains dancing across the street. The restaurant has an overall comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, allowing you to not feel as if you need to be all dressed up and proper.
Ah Sin is an extremely unique dining experience. The meal begins with an ancient Zen-inspired hand washing ceremony. Done at the jasmine oil scented fountain on the patio, the ritual is used to calm you before your meal. Ah Sin provides a very diverse collection of flavors and cooking techniques from the Pacific Rim. Start your meal off with one of their fine appetizers, such as BBQ Bulgogi pork ribs, Chiangmai lettuce wraps, and chicken & beef satay. Or, try one of their flavorful soups, like the Ah-Sin war soup or the hot and sour soup. For your main entrée, choose from Asian classics, such as beef & broccoli or stir fried oriental vegetables, or try something new, such as the Hyogo sweet & sour pork or thai chicken. For vegetarians, there are great salads and vegetable based options, as well. Make sure you do not miss out on their amazing dessert menu. There are great French desserts and pastries, as well as an assortment of tropical sorbets and scrumptious pies like their banana coconut cream pie.
With some of the most unique flavors on the Las Vegas Strip and a Zen-like atmosphere, you must try this amazing Pan-Asian restaurant. Who knows, maybe the Zen atmosphere will rub off on you and relax you from the hustle and bustle of the Vegas Strip.
