Located in the Rio All-Suites Hotel & Casino, the All-American Bar & Grille offers tasty lunch, dinner, and late night options. And this 24-hour restaurant really is all-American, from the cuisine to the design. Adorned in warm reds, beiges, and blue accents, the All-American Bar & Grille was certainly created with country in mind. However, the patriotic color scheme actually comes off more classy and comfortable than cheesy. Even the blue star cutout in the dining room ceiling provides a cool decorative element that fits right in with Las Vegas style.
For lunch, diners will be satisfied and stuffed by the Grill’s ample selection of appetizers, soups, Buffalo wings, burgers, sandwiches, and steaks and chops. Burgers are half pound and juicy, with classic choices and “new age” choices, such as the Jalapeño Cheddar Cheese Burger and Bacon and Fried Egg Burger. Be sure to accompany your meal with one of their old-school fountain specialties, such as the Root Beer Float and Chocolate Shake.
Dinner is equally sumptuous, with more soups, salads, and appetizers to please any taste, including a variety of shellfish appetizers. Entrée specialties include slow roasted black canyon prime rib, pork, lamb, poultry, crab, shrimp, lobster, and fish dishes, in addition to surf and turf combinations. There’s also plenty of steak and chops choices, which are the restaurant’s specialty. Two choices of prime meat are available: Black Canyon Beef, which is premium marbled USDA choice beef, and the Rio Dry Aged Beef, USDA certified Black Angus beef aged in house by the restaurant’s master butcher. All the American Bar & Grille’s burgers, steaks, and seafood are prepared on an open mesquite wood grill.
