Aureole

Famous New York chef Charlie Palmer brings his creations to Las Vegas. Possibly one of the most talked about restaurants in the city. Aureole offers something a little different. The first thing you will notice at Aureole is the three story wine tower. “Wine Angels” move through the tower on harnesses to retrieve your bottle of choice. The tower is made of glass so diners can watch the angels flying up and down the tower as they enjoy their meal. There is also a pond inside the restaurant that is home to its very own swans. The restaurant is a complete dining experience that is like non-other on the Strip. Elegance, class, and cuisine that is considered “approachable French” will leave you with a dining experience that you will never forget.
Aureole offers a tasting menu that changes almost weekly, ensuring that the ingredients are always as fresh as possible. The menu is also divided into first and main course dishes and everything is served a la carte. A favorite appetizer is Charlie’s Onion Soup. It’s a delicious take on traditional French Onion Soup. If you are in the mood for something raw, try the Hawaiian hamachi duo with sashimi style lemon confit. Another favorite starter is the chilled lobster salad. Wood-grilled Filet Mignon and Sea scallop sandwiches in a potato crust are among the chef’s many signature dishes. Other entrees include roast rack of Colorado lamb, pepper crusted prime New York sirloin, and John Dory. Palmer takes great pride in his desserts. Each comes to your table as a work of art, with layers of flavor that you won’t soon forget. Try the fallen bittersweet chocolate soufflé or the citrus tea-infused crème brulee. There is a fixed menu available for $75 and a celebration menu which includes seven courses for $95. Charlie Palmer also offers a special Celebration Menu of Great American Food that can only be served to an entire table.
