Benihana

Located within the Las Vegas Hilton’s Benihana Village, Benihana is a pleasure for the eyes and the mouth with a beautiful entryway and a stream flowing right through the restaurant. An authentic Torri Arch sets the tone for this soothing Japanese steakhouse, which relaxes diners with two stories of lush Japanese gardens, flowing ponds, and an exotic statuary. If you’ve been to a Benihana’s before, trust us – the beautiful décor at this one will surprise you.
Sip sake while you taste delicious and traditional Japanese dishes prepared right in front of your eyes at this exhibition-style restaurant. Masterful chefs entertain and display their culinary talents every night on hibachi tables, making it a great place to take the kids. And unless you arrive with a party of eight, you’ll be sharing your table with other diners – a strange experience at first for those who aren’t used to it, but a fun one nonetheless.
Appetizers include fresh sushi, sashimi, and tekka-maki, allowing diners to explore a wide variety of Japanese cuisine. You’ll also be satisfied by the delicious hibachi entrees, which include chicken, teriyaki steak, and filet mignon. Diners can also switch up their dining experience with a combination dinner blending hibachi steak and king salmon or lobster tail. All entrees are served with fresh mushrooms, onion, and zucchini, and all dinners come with Hibachi shrimp, Japanese onion soup, Benihana salad with ginger dressing, steamed rice, and green tea. Needless to say, when you leave Benihana’s, you’ll feel delightfully stuffed.
Named one of the city’s best Japanese restaurants, Benihana offers a variety of private dining rooms for family gatherings or corporate functions. In addition to the spacious waiting area and front bar section, diners love the fact that the knife-wielding, flame throwing chefs are all genuinely Japanese. The hostesses also add to the experienced, dressed in full, lovely kimonos. A popular spot among locals, Benihana offers an evening of ambience and entertainment along with a delicious, fresh, and satisfying meal.
