AJ’s Steakhouse brings a bit of classic Las Vegas to this hip and trendy hotel. With a fun 60’s retro feel and classic paintings & photos of Las Vegas adorning the walls, it gives off a classic Las Vegas steakhouse feel. The upholstered furniture and dimly lit atmosphere keep the look classy and chic, while the live piano music keeps the personality of the restaurant peppy and upbeat. The classic and simple look is complimented with a primary color scheme palate, accented with neutral whites and browns. The rich booths, starched white table linens, and the friendly and well trained servers draw in a very hip crowd night-to-night.
Serving the best in steak, seafood and more, you will not want to miss this steakhouse hot spot on your next Vegas vacation. The appetizers are delicious and offer sophisticated flavors. Try the traditional crab cakes, seared tuna, avocado tartare, or the appetizer platter to share amongst the table. The platter has the best of the house seafood, such as crab cakes, shrimp cocktail, and sea scallops. Or, start with a classic cup of sweet onion soup or their rich lobster bisque. For the main entrée, they have a great selection of succulent steaks, tangy ribs, and fresh seafood. We highly recommend the ahi tuna, lamb t-bone & rack, the 22 oz bone-in prime ribeye, and the surf and turf. What makes these steaks great is that AJ’s has four signature sauces on their menu to add a kick to your meal. They have blue cheese, red wine demi, béarnaise, and peppercorn sauces that are sure to make your taste buds melt. They also have a great selection of side items, including Yukon potatoes, creamed spinach, baked Idaho potato, and potato gratin.
AJ’s Steakhouse also makes a great spot for hanging out at the bar for a few drinks with the boys or even with your sweetie. The live piano music makes it a chill hang out for after a show or before you head out on the town.
