Although worth every penny, you may want to keep in mind that Alex is one of the most expensive restaurants in town. The tasting menu can cost up to $350 depending on your selections. Some signature dishes include the Rice Crusted Sea Scallop with Parsnip Veloute and Roasted Chicken Jus, Quince Golden Raisins, and Puffed Rice, as well as the Japanese Wagyu Beef Loin with Parmigiano-Bone Marrow Custard. For dessert, the Chilled Passion Fruit Chiffon Cake with Fresh Berries is just the perfect sweet and light end to Alex’s sumptuous and exquisite meals.
